Feels like Winter is coming Soon this Season…..Get a Local Sticker now!
Truckee, North Lake Tahoe and Reno residents, employees and property owners are eligible to purchase a “Local Sticker” that assists westbound access on Interstate 80 between Reno and Truckee-Tahoe during winter storm periods. The sticker also assists Donner Summit residents with access on Old Highway 40 during winter road closures.
The stickers are available at the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce, Lake Tahoe Incline Village/Crystal Bay Visitors Center, the North Lake Tahoe Chamber & Visitor Information Center in Tahoe City – the stickers are $10 each. They are valid for the life of your windshield and must be permanently placed on the lower left-hand corner of the windshield. For additional program information, call the TNT/TMA at 530-581-3922.
